Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Produce scenario-planning reports and strategic foresight briefings for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technology investments with future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product strategies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive partnership opportunities
- Present future-oriented insights at industry conferences and stakeholder forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology forecasting or strategic innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
