Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Anticipate market disruptions through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design scalable frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for emerging technology applications
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on next-gen prototypes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, or neuro-technology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience with policy development for autonomous systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products
