Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030 horizon
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario analyses on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Advise C-level executives on emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Represent the company at global technology foresight forums and summits
- Design organizational structures to accommodate future workforce automation paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AGI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through technological foresight
