Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year technology strategy aligned with 2026's mission to revolutionize human-machine interaction
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of technology and its societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or nanotechnology
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futuristic technology implementations
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
