Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or Futuristics with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technology impacts
- Proven track record leading $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF or APF)
