Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and its business impact
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
