Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients integrating AI, biotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market forces
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefs' predicting industry transformations
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist thought partners
- Represent the firm at Davos-level summits on future economies
- Quantify ROI of future-proofing initiatives through predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism or foresight roles
- Published author on exponential technologies or future trends
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Impact Assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Experience with quantum computing and neuro-ergonomic interfaces
