Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market viability
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published research in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles or books)
