Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technological shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech and societal impacts
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state implementations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech forecasting
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Experience with Delphi methods, SWOT analysis, and trend mapping frameworks
