- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop competitive intelligence systems tracking global innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
