- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in forecasting disruptive technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
