Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap aligned with market disruptions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging sociocultural trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and business opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future scenarios into actionable business cases with ROI projections
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-driven initiatives
- Fluency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
