Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for digital transformation and sustainable growth initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service models
- Produce annual '2026 Vision Report' with actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with future scenarios
- Monitor global disruptors (AI, biotech, climate tech) and assess organizational readiness
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, decentralized systems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
