Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Pioneer quantitative forecasting models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams on foresight methodologies and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Published thought leadership on 4IR convergence or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- CFP (Certified Futurist) certification or equivalent preferred
