As a Futurist Strategist, you'll work directly with our C-suite and R&D leads to identify emerging trends, assess disruptive technologies, and develop actionable insights that will redefine industries. Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and market disruption vectors
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Author white papers and thought leadership on exponential technology impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise on geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech or Fortune 500
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
