- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic alignment with long-term 2026 vision objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Maintain competitive intelligence on emerging disruptors and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
