Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and emerging paradigms to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as a 2026 innovation authority
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or equivalent field
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
