Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI initiatives, aligning with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic market trends into concrete technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
