Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and next-gen algorithms.
- Design complex, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead a world-class team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate abstract business goals into concrete technical architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for integration into our core stack.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural walkthroughs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale deep learning models (e.g., Transformers, GANs).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving projects.
