Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify high-impact 2026+ trends across technology, geopolitics, and markets
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business strategy
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Monitor emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused frameworks or scenario analyses
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions with global organizations
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
