Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of next-generation AI systems capable of operating in complex, unstructured environments.
- Drive research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
- Optimize neural network performance and ensure system scalability for high-throughput workloads.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including quantum computing interfaces and edge AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying and scaling LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) in production environments.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
