Responsibilities
- Map global tech and societal trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-gen product innovation
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-critical solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on transformational shifts
