Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based futures models for market positioning and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with future market demands
- Present actionable foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging threats and opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent training
