Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon Reports' forecasting technological, social, and economic disruptions through 2026
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Translate foresight insights into measurable KPIs and implementation frameworks
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in future forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, complexity science, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
