Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI/quantum/biotech convergence
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global market shifts
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Publish annual 'State of the Future' industry report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Experience with Delphi method and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy initiatives
