Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 2026 market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at TED, World Economic Forum, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects delivered
