Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological singularity
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future business models and value chains
- Produce foresight reports quantifying market shifts and strategic inflection points
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
- Curate an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record advising C-suite on 10-year strategic pivots
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP-PL, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of 3+ future-back strategic roadmaps implemented at scale
