Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Produce annual Future State Reports detailing societal, economic, and technological projections
- Design innovation pipelines for next-generation products/services targeting 2026 market needs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in the 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past future-focused projects with measurable impact
