Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and emerging paradigms to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation products/services
- Develop executive-level scenario planning models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across all departments
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
