Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous technologies and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Oversee pilot deployments of experimental technologies in controlled environments
- Document future-tech patents and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum algorithms, neural networks, or carbon-negative computing
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI/quantum systems
- Deep familiarity with ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards for autonomous systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/industry innovation grants
