- Produce foresight reports on technological convergence and paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects with exponential ROI potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline success
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published work or patents)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
