- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adoption and innovation ROI
- Present future-state narratives to investors and industry stakeholders
- Maintain a 5-year horizon scanning ecosystem with real-time trend intelligence
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy transformation projects
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, TrendHunter)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and war-gaming methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging tech
- Ability to distill complex data into compelling executive narratives
