Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead strategic innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present forward-looking insights to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex scenarios into actionable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global innovation ecosystems
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using advanced data analytics and machine learning
- Drive organizational adoption of innovation best practices through training and culture initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) or foresight methodologies
