Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities
- Design frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neurotech, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Create scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures research
