Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven future-proofing solutions

- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, interdisciplinary innovation teams
