Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Architect future-proof business models and digital transformation roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish and manage an internal innovation incubator with $5M+ annual budget
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or commercialized innovations
