Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic business adaptation to disruptive forces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough innovations aligned with 2026 vision
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline effectiveness and strategic alignment
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and influencing executive decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation roadmap implementations
