Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise-level innovation projects
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present future-vision narratives to investors and board members using immersive storytelling
- Establish a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive integration of sustainability and ethical considerations into all innovation pipelines
- Measure and report on KPIs for future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Strong command of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
