Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruptive change
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products/services using emerging technologies
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership reports on AI ethics, human-machine collaboration, and sustainable futures
- Advocate for responsible innovation practices balancing technological advancement with societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities or policy frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences across diverse industries
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
