Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop multi-generational strategic roadmaps aligning innovation with market evolution and human needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing input from engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present scenario-based forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs tracking innovation adoption and future-readiness metrics
- Author thought leadership publications on technological convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technological roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or implemented strategic innovations
