Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight frameworks identifying disruptive innovations through 2026 horizon
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence trends
- Architect strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision concepts into tangible R&D initiatives
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry panels, and patent development
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
