Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and technology forecasting initiatives targeting 2026-2030 market transformations
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging market shifts
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward insights into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future industry trends and disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment and market disruption analysis
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic storytelling abilities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology strategy
