Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing industry-recognized trend reports
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
