- Monitor regulatory developments and update compliance strategies proactively
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author transparency reports and ethical impact statements for public disclosure
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., Asilomar Principles)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Governance (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Practitioner)
- Strong technical writing skills for policy documentation
