Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and future scenarios to inform strategic innovation roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable development plans
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven experience developing future scenarios and predictive market models
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
