Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech, socioeconomic trends, and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models and revenue streams
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, bioengineering, and climate tech ecosystems
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for volatile future environments
- Present executive-level strategic briefings with data-driven future-state projections
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future possibilities into actionable innovation portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
