Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic foresight models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier industry journals
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 100 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
