Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-focused solutions with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Build scenario models for long-term business resilience and competitive positioning
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with VC firms and startups to scout emerging technologies and partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching successful future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in futures research (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
