Responsibilities
- Forecast 2026+ tech disruptions through market analysis and trend synthesis
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and exponential growth curves
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' with quantum computing and bio-engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI adoption in regulated industries
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders at Davos-style forums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent applied experience
- 5+ years at top-tier innovation labs (e.g., X Development, DeepMind)
- Published research on exponential technologies or climate-tech disruption
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-proofing strategies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global trend analysis
