Responsibilities

- Design and lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof business models and systems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Present foresight findings to investors, partners, and industry consortiums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend-sourcing networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech convergence (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, CSFI, or similar)
